Communication Services, Inc. logo Located in Mesa, Arizona, Communication Services, Inc. provides communications infrastructure from the ground up for cellular, private radio, and other wireless customers. Customers include Federal (General Dynamics Decision Systems (GDDS) - Rescue 21 (United State Coast Guard (USCG)), JPO / IWIN (Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)) and State agencies (Microwave Technology), and private and commercial industry, working on projects throughout the United States and foreign markets including, Russia and Costa Rica.

iPass logo Located in Redwood City, California, iPass is a provider of carrier-grade remote access services and provides access to over 12,000 unique points of presence in 150 countries through its client software.

iPass logo Located in Vacaville, California, Large Scale Biology Corporation (NASDAQ: LSBC) uses its proprietary gene expression, molecular engineering and bioprocessing technologies to develop and manufacture therapeutic and industrial proteins, vaccines and diagnostic products for effective characterization and treatment of disease. 
Investor Base:  Founded in 1987 with private seed capital. The Company completed an IPO in August 2000 raising $90 million and has raised over $200 million in investment capital to date. The Company trades on the NASDAQ under the symbol LSBC.

Miasolé Located in San Jose, California, Miasolé is a manufacturer of thin-film solar photovoltaic cells. The Miasolé technology revolutionizes solar cell manufacturing by leveraging the Company's deep expertise in the manufacturing of computer hard drives and other computer peripherals. The Company maintains a proprietary deposition process which creates a thin-film solar cell at lower cost, higher quality, greater efficiency, and using far more environmentally friendly processes.

morefocus Located in Carlsbad, California, morefocus group builds and commercializes on-line consumer relationships. The Company owns and controls one of the Internet’s leading healthcare and lifestyle networks together with a suite of proprietary applications. The Company’s assets are applied to recruit and sample consumer panels, screen patients for clinical trials, and generate very targeted leads for major healthcare and consumer marketing corporations.
Investor Base:  Company was acquired by NameMedia, a privately held company financed by Highland Capital and Summit Partners.
Deal:  Agility provided a $500,000 growth capital loan to an upcoming equity round.

NetSchools logo  Located in Atlanta, Georgia, Netschools has gained significant market share in the education space with it's "1:1 e-Learning" concept. The Company's concept is to put the classroom in the computer instead of just simply putting computers in the classroom.
Investor Base:  APV Technology Partners, Vulcan Ventures, Chase H&Q, Sturm Group and Wachovia Capital Associates. The Company was acquired by Plato Learning in May, 2002.

NASI logo  Located in Chattsworth, California, North American Scientific, Inc. is the leading manufacturer of brachytherapy seeds and implantable radioactive sources used for the treatment of prostate cancer, ocular melanoma and certain other diseases. Brachytherapy is a minimally invasive treatment that uses sealed, rice-sized radioactive seeds implanted directly in the prostate or other disease sites to deliver a prescribed, therapeutic dose of radiation lethal to cancerous tissue.

ahone logo Headquartered in Oakland, California, Zhone Technologies provides scalable next generation network products supporting voice, data, video and entertainment services. Their products are installed at over 250 carriers and serve over 8 million subscribers worldwide.
Investor Base:  KKR, New Enterprise Associates, CSFB and Texas Pacific Group. In November 2003, Zhone merged with Tellium, Inc., and is now a public company (NASDAQ:ZHNE).
Deal:  Agility acted as Collateral Agent for a $30,000,000 Bridge Loan debt financing.
